#9 As a user I would like to display the proposal calls associated with open proposals.

$ prop --list-open-calls
3 open calls found.

JWST Cycle 4

NRAO 25B
$

`prop --list-open-calls` would show the list of telescope calls with un-resolved/open proposals. E.g.,: ``` $ prop --list-open-calls 3 open calls found. JWST Cycle 4 NSF AAG 22-624 NRAO 25B $ ```
